The Healthy Protein of Tofu

Tofu has been celebrated as a health food for hundreds of years. It’s popular among vegetarians and vegans as a meat-free source of protein, and a strong choice for people trying to lose weight without sacrificing their health. But what is it about tofu that is so special?
